เทคโนโลยีฟิล์มกันสนิม "Intercept Technology" คือนวัตกรรมกันสนิมที่ช่วยป้องกันการเกิดสนิมในผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นโลหะ, ยาง, หรือพลาสติก โดยไม่ใช้น้ำมันกันสนิม. ฟิล์มนี้มีการนำเอาอนุภาคทองแดงพิเศษมาผสมในตัวฟิล์ม ซึ่งช่วยดูดซับและกำจัดแก๊สกัดกร่อนในอากาศ เช่น ก๊าซไฮโดรเจนซัลไฟด์ ได้เร็วกว่าโลหะทั่วไปถึง 256 เท่า ทำให้ป้องกันการเกิดสนิมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังมีสารดูดความชื้นในฟิล์มที่ช่วยดูดซับความชื้นและป้องกันปัจจัยที่อาจทำให้เกิดสนิมได้ ฟิล์มนี้ใช้ในหลายอุตสาหกรรม เช่น ยานยนต์, อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เรือ, และงานศิลปะ.
防錆フィルム「インターセプトテクノロジー」の仕組み
防錆油を一切使用することなく、金属をはじめゴムやプラスチックなどのあらゆる製品の腐食防止を実現する防錆技術です。従来の防錆フィルムとは異なり、気化性防錆剤を塗布せずフィルム自体に特殊銅粒子を練りこんでいるため、通常の防錆対策品のように短期間（12ヵ月程度）で効果が薄れることなく、長期的にサビの発生を抑えて保管し続けることができる防錆フィルムです。現在では、自動車や電子部品、船舶や美術品などを扱う様々な産業で使用されています。
この効果を実現している『特殊銅粒子』は、大気中に浮遊する腐食性ガス（硫化水素など）を吸着し中和させる役割を持ちます。通常の銅粒子の256倍の表面積を持つため、腐食性ガスが製品に付着するよりも早く吸着し、中和をさせることで製品の腐食防止効果を発揮します。
また、『特殊銅粒子』が対処することができない水滴などの水分は、同梱した乾燥剤が吸収することでフィルム内の腐食発生源となる要因を排除します。
How the anti-rust film "Intercept Technology" works
This is an anti-rust technology that prevents corrosion of all products, including metals, rubber, and plastics, without using any anti-rust oil. Unlike conventional anti-rust films, this film does not use a volatile anti-rust agent but instead has special copper particles kneaded into it, so unlike conventional anti-rust products, the film's effectiveness does not fade in a short period of time (about 12 months), and it can be stored for a long period of time while suppressing rust. Currently, this film is used in a variety of industries that handle automobiles, electronic parts, ships, artworks, and more.
The "special copper particles" that achieve this effect have the role of absorbing and neutralizing corrosive gases (such as hydrogen sulfide) suspended in the air. With a surface area 256 times that of regular copper particles, they absorb and neutralize corrosive gases faster than they can adhere to products, thereby preventing corrosion in products. In addition, the
enclosed desiccant absorbs water droplets and other moisture that the "special copper particles" cannot handle, eliminating the factors that could be the source of corrosion within the film.
